The mission of the group is to encourage, educate, and motivate us to become wholly fit, body, mind, and spirit as we learn to Give Christ First Place in our Life!

When we do the cooking segments there will be small cost for the ingredients.
Starting February 2nd, Every Thursday at 6:30pm – 8:00pm for 13 weeks. We will have one week off for Easter Break, that’s April 12th. Our last class will be May 3rd.
Each week has the bible study but each week will have a different wellness spotlight:
- One week, a speaker for motivation / education The Vibrant Coach: Nicole Greer is kicking off our first meeting with a motivating message to inspire us to action!
- One week, cooking together, trying out new healthy and tasty recipes and eating them!
- One week, exercise… it will be fun! (Wear loose clothing! We are going to move!)
